CollabAway is a platform that connects verified travel creators (influencers and UGC creators) with hotels, stays, restaurants, spas, tour companies and experiences around the world, so they can set up structured, managed collaborations.

• UGC creators, who may have a smaller following but create high-quality photos and videos for hosts to use in their own marketing.
• Hosts: hotels, guesthouses, holiday rentals, restaurants, spas, tour companies and experiences looking to grow their brand with creator content.

• Creators find hosts that fit their niche, check their collab availability and send a pitch. Hosts can also search creators and message them directly.
• Once you have agreed the details in chat, either side can send a Collaboration Proposal with the dates and deliverables. When both sides accept, the collaboration is confirmed, and you can both leave a review once it is complete.

Hosts on CollabAway are based all over the world, and creators can apply from anywhere. You can pay in pounds, euros or US dollars.

We usually look for creators with 10,000+ followers on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube and strong engagement. Follower count isn't everything, though: content quality, niche and audience matter just as much.

You can still apply. If you're approved, you'll join as a UGC creator, which means you collaborate with hosts by creating photos and videos for them to use in their own marketing, without needing to post on your own socials. You may also be offered the Creator Community to help you build your skills.

Connecting Instagram, TikTok or YouTube lets us show hosts your real audience size, engagement and recent content on your profile. It also helps us review your application. We only read your insights and posts; we never post on your behalf.

Most collaborations are a complimentary or discounted stay, meal, treatment or experience in exchange for content. Some hosts also offer paid partnerships. Each host shows the types of collaboration they are open to, and you agree the details with them directly.

UGC (user-generated content) creators make authentic, high-quality photos and videos that show a host's experience from a guest's point of view. Unlike influencers, they don't need to promote the stay on their own socials: the host uses the content in their own marketing.

No. Many UGC creators have fewer than 10,000 followers. What matters most is your creativity, the quality of your content and your ability to shoot content that hosts can use.

UGC creators see the hosts who have said they are open to UGC collaborations. From there, you can send personalised pitches just like influencers.

A monthly membership for creators who are building their skills. It includes the Skills Hub (step-by-step guides and downloadable templates for every stage), the Community Lounge, and Creator Connect for finding and messaging other members.

No. The Creator Community is for learning and connecting with other creators. Collaborating with hosts needs creator membership. When you're ready, you can apply for it.

It is a monthly membership that renews each month, and you can cancel any time. You can see the current price in your currency on our Pricing page.

Yes. Listing your business and collaborating with creators is free, with no card needed. Host Pro and Luxury Host are optional paid upgrades for hosts who want more.

Search creator profiles and filter by niche, content type, follower count and location. You can see their real audience and recent content, then message the ones who fit your brand.

• Influencers: promote your business to their audience
• UGC creators: create content for your own channels
• You can choose which types of creator you're open to in your profile.

• You can choose one or more of these when you set up your profile:
• Free stay: a complimentary stay or experience in exchange for agreed deliverables, such as photos, videos, social posts or reviews.
• Paid partnership: a stay plus a fee for the creator, usually for promotion to their audience or professional content. This is the best option if you want guaranteed deliverables or creators with significant reach.
• Discounted stay: a reduced rate in exchange for content or promotion, useful for high-end experiences or smaller UGC creators.
• All of the above: tick several options to show you are open to discussing what works best.
• You can change your preferences at any time from My profile in your dashboard.

Add your collab availability in My profile. Creators can see the dates and locations you are open to, so the pitches you receive fit your calendar.

Once you're chatting with a creator, click "Send Collaboration Proposal" to set out the dates and deliverables. When both sides accept, the collaboration is confirmed and appears under Collaborations in your dashboard.

Every creator is reviewed by our team before they are approved. We look at content quality, engagement and relevance to hosts, so your time goes on genuine, high-quality creators.

Host Pro is a monthly upgrade for hosts who run regular collaborations. You get your own link that turns creator DMs into a ranked shortlist matched to your criteria, plus reporting on the clicks, views and engagement from every collaboration.

Luxury Host is a monthly upgrade for premium properties and experiences. It connects you with a curated pool of luxury-qualified creators (typically 50k+ followers with strong engagement), so you receive fewer, better-fit applications. It is billed monthly and you can cancel any time.

You can pay in pounds (GBP), euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD).

Yes. You can cancel your membership or turn off auto-renewal from your dashboard at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your payment history and invoices are in your dashboard under your subscription and transaction history.

Yes. Join our referral programme for free and earn 20% commission for every creator you refer who joins. Share your unique link anywhere and track your earnings in your own dashboard.

• CollabAway reviews every member before they join, but we act as a facilitator and are not a party to the agreements made between creators and hosts.
• We encourage both sides to do their own checks before confirming a collaboration, including reviewing each other's content, expectations and messages.
• To avoid issues, use a Collaboration Proposal to set out all deliverables, dates and terms in writing. It sets clear expectations and gives you both a record to refer back to.

Yes. You can block or report a user from your chat with them. Our team reviews every report, and you can always email us if you're worried about something.
